Carnegie Mellon spring carnival booth 2023

Booth is a yearly CMU competition where student organizations craft two-story structures inspired by popular movies or franchises. The Carnival event takes place in the spring, but our Theta Booth planning begins in early October. We executed an eight-month schedule, overseeing budget management, creating CAD designs for the structure, and directing the interior and exterior design aspects. Our Booth won first place and the environmental award!

As a booth design chair, I painted multiple murals with acrylic paint free handed including the two story mural. Apart from the murals, I designed the structure of the booth of the interior and exterior, creating elements from paper mache, chicken wire, laser cutting and reusing recycled materials such as blastic bottles and cardboard boxes.
